VGPM Update 1.68: Bulk Exports, Flexible Billing, and a New Global Action Button

This release focuses on removing friction from your daily administrative workflows. We’ve introduced a new way to handle audits efficiently, added much-needed flexibility to payer management, and introduced a global "Add" button to help you take action from anywhere in the app.

Highlights

1. Bulk Session Note Export

Audits just got significantly easier. From a client's session notes page, Admins can now export all session notes within a specific date range in one go. Whether you are preparing for a payer audit or an internal review, you can now pull the exact records you need in seconds without navigating note-by-note.

2. Alternate Payer Name Options

We have updated how payers are configured to give you more control over your billing. Alternate payer names are now optional during setup. This change also allows you to create multiple payers with the same Payer ID if necessary, solving edge cases where distinct payer profiles are needed for the same insurance entity.

3. Global Add Button

You will now see a new "Add" button in the top right corner of your screen at all times. This persistent button allows you to take quick actions without leaving your current page. Depending on your user permissions, you can use it to instantly create a new event, assign a task, fill out a form, or request time off.

4. Quality & Bug Fixes

As always, we have included several UI tweaks and squashed various bugs to improve the overall stability and usability of the platform.
