The Incubator uses a revenue share model only during the active partnership, then you own 100% of your practice: your brand, your decisions, your growth. No long-term contracts, no brand mandates.
We share a percentage of collected revenue during the active partnership period. This aligns our incentives: we only succeed when you do. There are no upfront fees, no monthly minimums, and no hidden costs. The exact percentage depends on your market and needs, and we'll discuss specifics in our initial conversation.
With our efficient model and low overhead structure, most Incubator practices are profitable from day one. Our goal is to help you reach ~$150K in first-year revenue, which typically exceeds what you'd earn as a W-2 BCBA.
Many BCBAs start the Foundation phase while still employed, completing business formation and credentialing on evenings and weekends. You don't need to quit until you're ready to take on clients, and we'll help you determine when that timing is right.
We'll be transparent about why. Sometimes it's timing: we might be at capacity and ask you to reapply next quarter. Sometimes it's readiness: we might suggest specific preparations before you'd be ready to launch. We never leave you without clarity.
When your practice reaches operational stability, you transition to our Accelerator partnership. The operational support continues: VG Soft still handles credentialing, billing, HR, and compliance. What changes is the intensity: frequent check-ins shift to regular business reviews, and the focus moves from "getting established" to "growing sustainably." Every Incubator client becomes an Accelerator client. There's no gap, no surprise endings, just a natural evolution as your practice matures.
We invest significant time, resources, and mentorship in each practice we support. To maintain the quality of that support (and to ensure every participant gets the attention they deserve), we accept a limited number of BCBAs each quarter. The application process helps us understand your goals and ensure we're a good fit for each other.
