We started VG Soft Co. because we believed ABA practices deserved better tools and better support. What began as a solution to our own frustrations became a mission to help every independent practice thrive.

The Beginning

Two Founders, One Vision
VG Soft Co. was founded by two people with complementary backgrounds. One runs a successful ABA practice and experienced firsthand the frustration of inadequate software. The other is a software engineer who was looking for a meaningful project.
Together, they identified a gap in the market: ABA practices needed tools built specifically for their unique workflows—not generic healthcare software retrofitted to sort-of work.
The Problem We Saw
Practice management software for ABA was either too complex, too expensive, or simply not designed for the way clinicians actually work. BCBAs and practice owners were spending more time fighting their tools than using them.
We set out to build VGPM—an all-in-one practice management platform that prioritizes intuitive design and thoughtful automation. The goal: minimize administrative work so therapists and staff can maximize time with clients.

It stands for "Very Good Software Company."
What started as an inside joke became a permanent name—and a commitment. It's a daily reminder that everything we build should live up to those words. Not just okay software. Very good software.
