About VG Soft Co.

We started VG Soft Co. in 2022 because we saw a clear problem: the software available for ABA therapy practices wasn’t cutting it. My co-founder runs a thriving ABA practice and was constantly frustrated by tools that felt clunky, time-consuming, or simply not built with real therapists in mind. I’m a software engineer, and after years in tech, I wanted to build something meaningful. The timing lined up, and VG Soft Co. was born.

Our first product was VGPM, an all-in-one practice management platform designed specifically for ABA. From the beginning, VGPM has focused on what matters most: making life easier for providers and owners. It’s clean, intuitive, and smart, automating as much of the busywork as possible so therapists and staff can spend more time with clients. We continue to innovate on VGPM, keeping it on the cutting edge of the space with thoughtful automation and AI-powered features.

But as we worked with ABA practices, we realized that software alone wasn’t enough. Many owners needed expert guidance and support beyond a platform, they needed a trusted partner to help them build and manage their business. That’s why we’ve expanded into services: clinic startup support, full practice management, revenue cycle management, and consulting.

What makes these services different is who delivers them. Our team is made up of professionals with years of real-world ABA experience, people who have started and scaled practices themselves, some into multiple locations and service lines. They’ve done this work before, and they continue to do it today. Combined with our software, it’s a unique blend of expertise, proven processes, and technology that no one else offers.

At VG Soft Co., our goal is simple: help ABA practices run more smoothly, grow sustainably, and free up providers to focus on what matters, supporting clients and families.

The name “VG Soft Co.” stands for “Very Good Software Company.” It started as a joke, but it stuck. It’s short, memorable, and keeps us grounded in what we aim to be: a company that builds very good software, and now very good services, for the ABA community.
