We started VG Soft Co. because we believed ABA practices deserved better tools and better support. What began as a solution to our own frustrations became a mission to help every practice thrive.

The Beginning

Two Founders, One Vision
VG Soft Co. was founded by two people with complementary backgrounds: David Isaac, an ABA practice owner who experienced firsthand the frustration of inadequate software, and Dustin Schwartz, a technology leader who had spent years leading software teams and wanted to build something that mattered.
Together, they identified a gap in the market: ABA practices needed tools built specifically for their unique workflows, not generic healthcare software retrofitted to sort-of work.
The Problem We Saw
Practice management software for ABA was either too complex, too expensive, or simply not designed for the way clinicians actually work. BCBAs and practice owners were spending more time fighting their tools than using them.
We set out to build VGPM, an all-in-one practice management platform that prioritizes intuitive design and thoughtful automation. The goal: minimize administrative work so therapists and staff can maximize time with clients.

David has spent his career in ABA business operations, most of it built around one question: how do you run a company that doesn't depend on heroics? As CEO of VG Soft Co, he sets the product and business direction for VGPM, working alongside Dustin to decide what the platform builds next and how it gets there. Before ABA, he served as an Army aviator. David's approach is straightforward: build systems well enough that great work doesn't require heroics, whether that's his own team or the practices that rely on VGPM every day

Technology & Product Leader
Dustin has spent his career leading software teams and building the systems behind them. At VG Soft Co, he leads the technical side of the company, overseeing VGPM's architecture, development, infrastructure, security, and day-to-day system operations. He also owns the company's technical research, tracking changes in software, AI, and the ABA industry to guide where VGPM goes next. From selecting tools to deploying new systems, Dustin makes sure VG Soft Co stays on the cutting-edge of technology.
