VGPM Update 1.65: A Whole New Plan of Care Experience, Flexible Claim Editing, and More
This release brings a major upgrade to one of our most critical features: the Plan of Care. We’ve completely overhauled the editing experience to make it faster and smarter, introducing powerful AI tools to do the heavy lifting for you. Along with this "show stopper," we’ve added highly requested flexibility for admins regarding claims and form entries.

1. Major Upgrade: Plan of Care Experience
We have upgraded the Plan of Care editing experience to make completing them easier than ever. If you enjoy the efficiency of our session notes, you will love these new additions:
AI Generate: You can now have AI fill out your entire Plan of Care. By simply selecting the relevant evaluations, the AI uses your evaluation session notes and client information to draft the entire plan. Pro Tip: Adding more detail to your evaluation session notes will help the AI generate an even better first draft. This is a game-changer for creating that initial Plan of Care for a new client.
Autofill Last: Stop re-typing the same information. You now have the option to autofill a new Plan of Care with data from the previous version. Since updates are often incremental, this feature is a massive time saver.
AI Field Helper: We’ve brought the popular "AI Helper" from our session notes into the Plan of Care. You can now give specific directions to the AI to update or rewrite individual text fields. It’s perfect for quickly refining sections that contain a lot of information.
Plan of Care Delete: Mistakes happen. We have added the option for Admins to delete Plans of Care when necessary.
2. Reconciled Claims Editing
We’ve removed the friction from making small corrections to processed billing. Claims that have been marked as "Reconciled" can now be edited without having to leave the reconciled status. This allows for smoother record-keeping without disrupting your workflow statuses.
3. Form Entry Deletion
Admins now have more control over file management. You can now delete form entries directly from the files pages, helping you keep client records clean and clutter-free.
4. Quality & Bug Fixes
As always, we have squashed various bugs to improve the overall stability and quality of the platform.
