VGPM Update 1.58: Smarter Sessions, Streamlined Billing, and More

We’re excited to share the latest round of updates to VGPM. These improvements are all about making your day-to-day work smoother, faster, and more flexible.

What’s New

1. Add Goals During Sessions: One of our most requested features is here: clinicians can now add goals right from the session page. No more jumping between different areas of the system—add goals as they come up in real time, keeping sessions focused and documentation seamless.

2. Direct Links Between Sessions, Claims, and Invoices: You can now jump directly between related sessions, claims, and invoices. This makes it easier to trace information, resolve issues, and get a full picture without endless back-and-forth navigation.

3. Baselines for Duration & Frequency Goals: Duration and frequency goals can now run baselines like other goal types. This gives you more consistency in how goals are tracked, providing a clearer picture of client progress.

4. Better Handling for AR Medicaid Claims: We’ve made improvements to how VGPM processes AR Medicaid claims. This helps reduce errors and improves claim accuracy, saving your billing team time and frustration.

5. Richer Event Descriptions: Event descriptions are no longer limited to plain text. You can now include links, lists, and more, making it easier to add important details and resources directly to your calendar events.

6. Invoice Improvements: Several updates make invoices easier to manage:
   - Invoiced date now appears on invoices for clearer record-keeping.
   - Improved filters on the invoice page make it easier to find what you need.
   - Dynamic totals update with your filters, giving you instant insights into the numbers that matter.

7. Login Page Update: We’ve also made a behind-the-scenes improvement to the login page, so loading during updates is handled more smoothly.
