VGPM 1.71 protects your revenue and your peace of mind. This release adds intelligent ABA claim adjustment guidance to reconciliation, a dedicated license tracking report for staff credential compliance, and bulk task completion to clear admin backlogs in seconds.

Claim Reconciliation That Explains Itself

If your billing team has ever stared at a cryptic adjustment code on a remittance and wondered what it means—or worse, Googled it mid-workflow—this update is for them.

VGPM 1.71 introduces a comprehensive adjustment intelligence system built directly into the claim reconciliation workflow. Every adjustment code now carries its meaning, an explanation of why it was applied, and a suggested next step. Hover over any code for a quick tooltip, or click to expand a detailed card with the full context.

What's Included

  • Adjustment code meanings and explanations displayed inline during reconciliation
  • Click-to-expand cards with suggested actions for each adjustment
  • Full adjustment database covering standard remittance codes
  • Automatic detection of new or unfamiliar adjustment codes
  • Adjustments categorized by type: patient responsibility, writeoff, or billing adjustment

Why This Matters

Denied and adjusted claims are where independent practices lose revenue silently. When your billing team can instantly understand what an ABA claim adjustment means and what to do about it, they resolve issues faster, appeal more accurately, and recover more of what you've earned. This is revenue protection built into your daily workflow, not a separate research project.

For practices that want expert support managing claim denials and adjustments, our RCM billing services team works alongside VGPM to maximize your collections.

License Tracking Report for Compliance Confidence

Keeping track of staff credentials (license numbers, expiration dates, renewal deadlines) is one of those tasks that quietly consumes hours when managed in spreadsheets or sticky notes. Miss a renewal, and you risk compliance gaps that affect your ability to bill.

VGPM 1.71 adds a dedicated Licenses Report that puts every credential detail in one place.

What's Included

  • Sortable report showing employee name, office, license number, expiration date, and days remaining
  • Visual status indicators for active, expiring soon, and expired licenses
  • Filter by license type and office location
  • One-click CSV export for audits or internal reviews
  • Available to admins and clinicians with the appropriate permission

Why This Matters

For the practice owner juggling clinical care and operations, ABA credential tracking shouldn't require a separate system. This report gives you a single view of your team's license compliance status so you catch expiring credentials before they become billing interruptions or audit findings. Compliance health protects clinical continuity.

Clear Your Task List in Seconds

Administrative tasks accumulate. Routine items like reviewing documents or acknowledging notifications pile up, and clearing them one by one eats into time your team could spend on higher-value work.

VGPM 1.71 introduces bulk task completion. Select multiple tasks, confirm, and they're done.

What's Included

  • Checkboxes alongside each task in the "Your Tasks" section
  • Batch completion for tasks that don't require additional input
  • Confirmation dialog before processing to prevent accidental completions
  • Notifications on completion or if any task encounters an issue
  • Background processing so your workflow isn't interrupted

Why This Matters

For the director reviewing tasks at the end of the day or the admin clearing a backlog after time off, this turns a ten-minute chore into a ten-second action. Small efficiencies compound—especially when your team is already stretched thin.
