VGPM Update 1.62: Smarter Goals, Faster Workflows, and Automation

We’re rolling out another VGPM update packed with time-savers and smarter automation. From reusable long-term goals and quick goal cloning to new claim auto-update controls and plan-of-care flexibility, this release makes it easier than ever to manage clients, billing, and workflows.

What’s New

🧩 Long-Term Goals in the Library

You can now create long-term goals directly in the Library and add them to client goals anytime. Build once, reuse everywhere.

🔁 Clone Client Goals

Need a similar goal for the same client? Clone it right from the Program Book and make quick tweaks, no more manual re-entry.

⚙️ Claim Auto-Update Lock

Claims with the new auto-update icon can now be updated automatically. Totals are locked by default, click the icon to unlock and edit manually. This is the first step toward fully automated claim total updates.

🔓 Admins Can Unlock Plans of Care

Admins can now unlock submitted Plans of Care so the creator can make edits again. Faster fixes, fewer do-overs.

🪲 Bug Fixes & Improvements
