VGPM Update 1.59: New Tools for Charting, Billing, and Care Management

We’re excited to announce a new set of updates to VGPM designed to improve flexibility, streamline billing, and make everyday workflows faster and easier.

What’s New

Smarter Charting Options

• Duration Goals: You can now chart progress by either session or individual entry. This added flexibility helps clinicians capture data in the way that best fits their practice. Over time, this option will expand to additional goal types.

Better Claim Management

• Claim Downloads: Now include the claim provider, event provider, member ID, and client DOB for easier reconciliation and improved visibility.

Invoice & Billing Enhancements

• Invoice Sorting: Quickly organize invoices on the invoices page with new sorting options.

• Updated Invoice Descriptions: More detailed descriptions now make it easier to match invoices to claim items.

• Superbills in Client Portal: Guardians can now download superbills directly by selecting a date range. Paid invoice items within that range are automatically included, making out-of-pocket reimbursement much simpler.

Clinical & Administrative Tools

• Editable Plans of Care: Highly requested, admins can now edit plans of care even after submission.

• Form Search: The forms page now includes a search option, helping users locate the right form faster.
