We’re excited to announce the release of VGPM 1.57.0, packed with updates designed to make your ABA practice management experience smoother, faster, and more insightful. This release focuses on enhancing data accuracy, streamlining billing, and giving you more visibility into your practice’s day-to-day operations.

Updates

1. More Accurate Duration Goal Tracking

Duration-type goals are now charted by entry rather than by session in our ABA data collection feature. This means your data is more precise, especially for goals logged multiple times in a session. All existing duration goals have been automatically migrated to the new system-no action needed.

2. Self-Managed Claim.md API Key

You now have full control over your Claim.md API key. A new “Integrations” tab has been added under Settings, where you can securely add or update your key at any time. Existing customers will be migrated automatically, so you can take advantage of this feature immediately.

3. Provider Visibility in Program Book Entries

In the Program Book, each entry now shows the provider for the session. This is especially helpful when reviewing entries with a logged value of 0, so you can quickly see who recorded the data and follow up if needed.

4. Average Value Display for Active Goal Entries

When goals are charted, you’ll now see the exact average value for the active goal entries line. This removes the guesswork—no more estimating from the graph.

5. Smarter Auto-Reconciliation in Billing

Our auto-reconcile feature has been enhanced to handle multiple ERA entries related to a single claim item. This improvement should save time and reduce manual adjustments when processing insurance remittances. Making our automated billing even better!

6. Stability and Performance Improvements

We’ve resolved several bugs and made behind-the-scenes optimizations to keep VGPM running smoothly and reliably.
