1. Admin time included when therapists schedule self: When the "Therapists can schedule self" setting is enabled, therapists can now schedule their own admin blocks alongside therapy sessions. This frequently requested feature streamlines scheduling and timesheet management for clinics utilizing this option.
2. Clinician scheduling permissions expanded: A new permission setting located in /settings/permissions enables companies to grant clinicians full scheduling access equivalent to administrative privileges. This enhancement provides necessary flexibility for clinics that depend on clinicians to assist with schedule management.
3. AR Medicaid category codes support: The billing system now accommodates AR Medicaid category codes. Providers can input required information in a client's insurance details, and the system handles claim generation automatically, simplifying billing workflows for Arkansas-based providers.
4. Private Pay Support: Clients designated as Private Pay now bypass insurance billing entirely, with invoices generated directly. This streamlined feature addresses the growing prevalence of private pay arrangements with an integrated solution.
